Remove an intimate image shared without your consent
If an intimate image or video of you was posted on PUNCH without your consent, you can ask us to take it down. You do not need an account, a lawyer, or proof beyond the link to the post. The same rules apply to everyone, and removal requests are acted on within 48 hours.
How to ask: tap the menu on the post and choose Report, then pick "Intimate image shared without consent" — or email hello@punchsocial.co with a link to the post and a note that you did not consent. You do not need to explain why, and you will not be asked to confront the person who posted it.
What happens next: a person on our team reviews your request. When it is upheld, the reported post is removed — and so are identical copies of the same image or video that we know about, not just the one you linked. Your request is tracked against a 48-hour removal clock from the moment it arrives, and overdue requests are shown to the team first. This process is how PUNCH meets its obligations under the TAKE IT DOWN Act.

How do I create an account?
Download PUNCH, open it, and sign up with your phone number, Google, or Apple. You'll pick a handle and display name, and you're in. The feed is chronological by default — every algorithmic and AI feature is opt-in.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account and confirm. Your account, posts, and messages are deleted. Data is held in a soft-deleted state for 30 days (as required by GDPR) and then permanently purged.
How do I report content or someone?
Tap the menu on any post, profile, or message and choose Report, then pick a reason. Reports go to our moderation queue and are reviewed by a human within 24 hours. You can also block or mute anyone at any time.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Direct messages are encrypted and we can't read them, we don't sell your data, and we don't train AI on your content. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
How does PUNCH make money?
With an optional subscription and creator tools — not by selling your attention to advertisers. The core app is fully usable for free.
